Amoroso on Pico

Amoroso on Pico is a new five story mixed use development on the busy and ever changing Pico Blvd.  The design of this project includes 100 luxury apartments, including 55 studios, 32 single bedrooms and 13 two bedrooms featuring large balcony’s providing expansive views of West Los Angeles. On the fourth floor, the design includes a spacious amenity deck with a private pool and over 6,000 square feet of open space. This fast-track project includes constructing two levels of reinforced concrete below-grade Parking, one level of above grade podium structure and 4 levels of wood framed construction. The bottom floor 3,000 square foot retail area is being developed as an Italian fast casual restaurant to give the building a lively feel.
