A2 Biotherapeutics – GMP

RCI Builders, Inc. was proud to again partner with A2 Biotherapeutics, this time to build a T Cell Therapy GMP manufacturing facility to support upcoming clinical trials.  The ISO 8 facility was equipped with a 20 ton N+1 Multistack chiller, 30 HEPA FFU’s and pressure-gradient-controlled door interlocks at gowning & anterooms. The main GMP laboratory features central distribution of CO2, LN2, and compressed dry air through process piping to lab benches and equipment.  A chiller & gen-set enclosure was built to accommodate the new 150KW natural gas generator for emergency power. RCI Builders, Inc. coordinated the service upgrade.
