Apeel Sciences is leading the research and development of food preservation technology to increase the longevity of fresh produce in today’s supermarkets. RCI Builders, Inc. completed an office improvement to bring their Goleta, CA location up to speed with the innovation seen from their lab research teams. The updated office space includes a think-tank atmosphere complete with open office spaces, private phone booths, and conference/team rooms. Lighting, mechanical, and security systems have been updated to coincide with the building controls. The project includes a 1200SF radiused video wall. Perimeter TVs and big café display walls flashing digital signage truly make this space appear “Out of this world.
