Chatsworth Products

RCI Builders, Inc. design-built this 137,195 SF manufacturing space for Chatsworth Products, a leading producer of high-quality server equipment. The project included a gas upgrade of 18,200,000 BTUs for a fully automatic powder coating and wash line. The existing service in the building was upgraded from 4000 amps to 8000 amps. The interior manufacturing space was upgraded to include a welding exhaust system with 15 arms from miller welding. The highlight of the manufacturing floor was the fully robotic material Trumpf system weighing over 500 tons. The corporate headquarters tenant improvement also included a fully functioning show room complete with scene lighting controls.
