Colony Parc II is a ground-up multifamily expansion adding 72 units to an existing occupied apartment community. The project required detailed phasing and coordination to maintain ongoing operations while seamlessly integrating new construction with the existing site and infrastructure. The development includes one- and two-bedroom units with high-quality interior finishes, full MEP systems, and rooftop solar arrays. Scope also included site improvements and construction of amenity spaces, enhancing overall functionality and aligning the community with modern multifamily standards.
