The Vineyards at Porter Ranch

The Vineyards Apartment Complex is a continued development of a new city center in the Porter Ranch area and represents the third investment RCI Builders has built for Shapell Properties. The 266-unit apartment complex sits on thirteen acres adjacent to a fourteen-acre experience retail center. The Vineyards project consists of 10 separate three-story wood framed buildings, all built with the intention and quality of a long-term hold investment. The site features a 8,800 SF refined community recreation center – where tenants enjoy a fitness room and yoga room – and boasts other amenities including a wine room, office spaces, conference rooms, kitchen, Game Room, two putting greens, BBQs, fire pits, fireplaces, Bocce ball court, Cornhole, and Entertainment Pavilion complete with swimming pool and spa.
