The Vineyards Apartment Complex is a continued development of a new city center in the Porter Ranch area and represents the third investment RCI Builders has built for Shapell Properties. The 266-unit apartment complex sits on thirteen acres adjacent to a fourteen-acre experience retail center. The Vineyards project consists of 10 separate three-story wood framed buildings, all built with the intention and quality of a long-term hold investment.
