The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is an 85 million dollar 218-unit multifamily project featuring a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, with 12 percent designated as affordable housing. Units are spread throughout nine separate buildings across three concrete podium structures. The project also involves the preservation and repurposing of two historical buildings, which will serve as the community’s clubhouse, leasing office, co-working space, and children’s playroom. Additional amenity spaces include two roof decks, BBQ and fire pits spread throughout, on-grade pool and spa, pocket parks, and a playground equipped with play structures.
