RCI Builders, Inc. constructed a 2 Floor Tenant Improvement for Executives and CEO with retrofit installation of a brand new 5-stop elevator in an existing 5 story concrete structure built in the 1960’s. A backup generator was installed for emergency power to elevator as structure is owned and connected to Ventura City Hall. The elevator is to remain operational for first responders in the event of an emergency that causes power failure.
