A2 Biotherapeutics

This project consisted of 70% Laboratory and 30% office space for the expansion of an existing Biotech firm in Agoura Hills. The existing building required a complete structural roof upgrade and rooftop enclosure for new 100% OSA units serving the ISO 8 Car-T Cell rooms. The ISO 8 portion of the facility was complete with Accutrol variable volume dampers that helped maintain precise pressures along with temperature and humidity control. The space included an internal Compressor for CDA and separated clean manifolds for CO2 delivery to 22 incubators.
