Realty Bancorp Equities engaged RCI Builders to construct their new creative office building in Agoura Hills, CA. This type 1 cast in place concrete structure included two levels of subterranean parking and two elevated decks. The project was built into a hillside with portions of the north elevation patio being held back with a shotcrete retaining wall. Once the building was completed RCI Builders was selected as the Tenant Improvement Contractor to build out notable spaces designed by Gensler and HKS for the LA Rams, Cydcor, Chatsworth Products, and Thorson Insurance.
