North Ranch Country Club Lifestyle Center

North Ranch Country Club Lifestyle Center is a continued relationship between RCI Builders and North Ranch Country Club. The Multi Year plan for NRCC is to upgrade their existing club house. As a part of this plan, a new 13,945 SF building needed to be constructed that could support the entire club operation. The lifestyle center is complete with a full commercial kitchen equipped with (2) capacitive air hoods. The Kitchen supports a full wet bar and restaurant with operable glass partitions on all (3) sides. A full Gymnasium on the second floor is winged by (2) massage rooms and a kinesthetics room for yoga and spin classes. Outside you will find a full-size lap pool, a children’s pool, and spa supported by a 10’ retaining wall with improvements connecting the Lakes course to the main clubhouse.
