Coastal Storage

Coastal Storage is a four-story self-storage facility located in Ventura, California. The project consists of 560 interior storage units and 30 drive-up units, offering both convenience and security for tenants. The building is constructed on a conventional foundation with structural steel framing and CMU shear walls for durability and seismic resilience. The upper two levels are fully conditioned to ensure climate control for sensitive storage needs. A 35KW rooftop solar system supports the building’s energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
