RCI Builders Completed the Core and shell construction for this 95,000 SF Type I post-tension 2-story above grade and 2-story subterranean Class A office Building. Ownership engaged RCI Builders and Gensler to Close out this creative space. The project included a 3 stop elevator retrofit, Design forward Millwork, Existing Floor Grinding, and slab infill. The tight schedule Tenant improvement was completed in 12 weeks.
