MVSC

MVSC was a 32,000-sf complete build out of a property held by long time client Realty Bancorp Equities. This is RCI’s 3rd tenant improvement int the in the past 15 years in the same building. MVSC’s building included a 10,000 SF warehouse utilized with DMV approved sorting machine to help facilitate distribution of all new License plates and registration. The project was complete with a new feature stair and atrium, Cafe, exterior patio, and high-level security protocol to meet government standards.
