The Patriot Commerce Center II is the second phase of a multi-year project partnership with RCI Builders Inc. and UST Patriot LP. The super pads for the first phase were completed in 2008. This second phase constructed in 2017 consisted of three multi tenant buildings. Building B1 and C maintained 18 industrial condominiums single story. Building B.2 consisted of three units with mezzanine access and 27’ clear ceilings. Exterior and site improvements were selected to match the existing phase while taking into account the newest updates to building code.
