THQ Headquarters

RCI Builders delivered the corporate headquarters build-out for THQ, a global video game publisher, within a Class A office building along the US-101 corridor. Working with Wolcott Architecture Interiors and ownership Realty Bancorp Equities, RCI Builders executed a full interior tenant improvement across more than 100,000 square feet, transforming the space into a modern creative-office environment built to support the headquarters operations of a leading entertainment software company.
