Deckers

This project was a masterclass in sustainable commercial construction, designed to reflect the outdoor-oriented identity of brands like UGG, Teva, and Sanuk. Our team was instrumental in the coordination and structural execution of this 14-acre campus, which features approximately 190,000 square feet of office and design space. Unlike a traditional singular office block, the Deckers headquarters was envisioned as a multi-building corporate “village.” Our team coordinated the construction of the on-site retail component and brand showcase area. This space features custom architectural finishes and high-end lighting arrays to create a premium “flagship” feel for visiting distributors and the public.
