RCI Builders built this affordable housing project for the Burbank Housing Authority on a negotiated basis. The contemporary designed project includes sustainable features like a bio swale, bicycle parking, solar panels and electric vehicle chargers. The twenty-unit project is broken into five volumes of housing atop a subgrade parking. The varying height project has four separate courtyards with pedestal paver section appointed with a trellis system. As the project ages, the Bougainvillea will take over the trellis overtaking the hard wood with the natural beauty of its landscaping.
