Santa Barbara Market Place

Our Special Projects Division was proud to have worked on this Food Hall Core and Shell / Tenant Improvement for the Santa Barbara Public Market. The project was complete with 17 separate food hall stands and commercial kitchens all with differing design aesthetics. Our team worked with the property ownership and separate tenants to give each booth their own personal vibe. This project was built into an existing podium structure complete with a temporary shoring system to support the relocated historic mosaic shown above.
